Madani Adjali is a Vice President of Product Management at
Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He is responsible for the product
managers and technical marketing engineers associated with
the HPE Aruba Networking Wireless, Branch and Location
Services product lines. He and his team work directly with the
respective product engineering teams on developing new
innovations and addressing customer feature requests as well
as engaging field sales on new customer opportunities.
Paul Goodbridge
Vice President, Global Sales Aruba Data Center Networking
As HPE continues to evolve it’s Edge to Cloud propositions and establish its market differentiation with its Green Lake Platform; HPE is targeting significant growth for its Data Centre switching portfolio by helping its customers develop Data Centre solutions that are optimised for the challenges associated with creating, managing, and protecting Centres of Data. To that end and aligned with the strategic investments HPE is making in Data Cen-tre Switching; Paul Goodridge joined HPE Aruba Networking at the beginning of HPE’s 2023 fiscal to take ownership of that Go-To-Market and future development of adjacent markets. With a wealth of knowledge and experience Paul intends to remain fo-cused on HPE core switching portfolio and explore the opportuni-ties presented by HPE innovation and partnership to challenge the norm and allow HPE customers to achieve a heightened aware-ness of where and who is accessing and controlling it’s data.
Paul joins HPE from Arista Networks, where he played an instru-mental role in Arista UK and Ireland's growth and enabled a broad breadth of customers spanning financial services, enterprise, ser-vice providers, defence, central government, gaming, and media.
Prior to Arista, Paul setup Xisigo UK (purchased by Oracle), and before then had a Global Sales Management role at BT and Sen-ior Account Management positions within Cisco UK.
Dobias van Ingen
CTO & Systems Engineers Senior Director, EMEA HPE Aruba Networking
Dobias van Ingen is the EMEA CTO and Systems Engineers Senior Director for HPE Aruba Networking. As part of this role he is responsible for the complete portfolio of technical solutions that HPE Aruba offers – working closely on the development of new and existing products to ensure that they match the requirements and demands of organizations across such a dynamic and innovative region. With over two decades of experience in the industry and extensive knowledge in networking technology, Dobias is also a member of several technology industry groups.
Lars Hartmann
Vice-President Sales Central Europe, HPE Aruba Networking
Lars Hartmann is the Vice-President Sales Central Europe for HPE Aruba Networking since November 2022, responsible for networking and security solutions ranging from the datacenter and cloud up to campus- and mobile connectivity.
He has been working in numerous roles, starting @ HP in June 1999 as Key-Account-Manager for Datacenter-Solutions, responsible for Volkswagen AG.
Lars had also served as acting HPN Country-Sales-Manager Germany from June 2009 to July 2010. During the last years before his actual role, he was responsible for some European global customers on a worldwide basis.
Since November 2022, Lars leads the HPE Aruba Networking Business Unit for 30 countries in Central Europe, including Germany, Turkey, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Czechia..
Chris Hines
VP of Strategy at Axis Security
Chris is the VP of Strategy at Axis Security, which was recently acquired by HPE. He and his team are responsible for the go to market strategy for Axis’ cloud-based Security Service Edge (SSE) platform - Atmos, and its combined value with HPE Aruba Networking’s SD-WAN platform.
He works with customers to help guide them on their path to securing a modern workplace with zero trust, and closely with the Product teams to develop platform roadmap that is reflective of customer needs.
Prior to Axis, he spent over four years at Zscaler working for Jay Chaudhry at Zscaler helping develop the strategy for their zero trust solution, Zscaler Private Access.
Chris has previously worked at Unicorn container company Docker, CASB company Bitglass, and Data Storage company EM Corporation (now Dell).
